Directory: the directory is the path of storing company. When Tally Company is created, tally creates a data folder at the specified data directory and allots a company serial number.

Name:  Enter the name of the company at the Name Filed this name is displayed at all company selected lists and internal reports.

Primary Mailing Details

Mailing Name: Hera enter the company Legal names (If Different from Company name) this would be printed in all external documents like Reports, Invoice, and Money Receipts etc.

Address: Enter the company address.

Country: Select the country from the drop down list.

Sate: Select the State from the drop down list.

Pin Code: Enter the PIN as per the Company Address.

Contact Details

Enter the Phone no. Mobile No. Fax no. E-Mail. Website. All these filed are optional, but should be filled for reference

Book and Financial Year Details

Financial year begins from: at the field enter the beginning date of financial year. If you follow April-March Financial year, enter 1^st April the beginning year (e.g. 1-4-2017)

Books beginning from: The must be within 12 months from the date entered at financial year from for example if you enter 1-4-2017 at financial Year from you can entered any date between 1-4-2017 to 31-3-2018

Finally Tally asks for you confirming to save the Company Profile as entered Click Yes (Or press Y) to save the information. You may also press Ctrl+A to save quickly
